I have Indian passport and I have flight of Cathay Pacific from New Delhi - hongkong - Canada , my layover time at hongkong airport is 15 hours do I need to apply transit visa for hongkong??

Manmeet, if you can make the pre-arrival registration for HK successfully, no visa is needed. Or if you don't lave HK airport, no visa would be needed, either.
