Mauritian passport holder canadian PR

Hi i am a mauritian passport holder in transit in Beijing for 4hr from Vancouver to Dubai and the same when coming back. Do i need to apply for transit visa?

No. You are eligible for the 24 hr direct transit in Beijing in both ways by traveling like that.
