Will there ever be a metro train that takes us directly to Terracotta Warriors?

I see talks of 2020, but I have also heard much later. This information is critical to a long term plan!

Yes, I also heard the metro line 9 will go to the Terracotta Warriors and it won’t be open until 2021!
