Is 157 the first three numbers of a mobile phone?

Just wanting to know as a girl from Beijing gave me this number as the first three digits!

Yes, 157 is the first three numbers of a mobile phone number belonged China Mobile. If you wanna call her from USA, you should call 0086+ 'the phone number'. :)
