Can I bring 10*900g infant milk powder to China? If yes shall I declare it?

Well, according to customs regulation, you can only take 6 cans of baby formula with each can over 800g into China, or 24 cans with each can less than 800g. Thus, I'm afraid that you cannot bring 10*900g infant milk powder.0
