About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

My children with a French passport, but living in the Philippines, want to visit me in Beijing.

It will be during the weekend. Do they need to have apply for a visa or they can enjoy the 72 hours access transit without any.

If they will travel like Philippines-Beijing-another country or region instead of Philippines, they can enjoy the free transit policy. Otherwise, they need to apply for visa beforehand.
