About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

39 hrs layover in gaoxi xiamen

hi , im from san antonio texas i have 39 hours of lay over in xiamen gaoxi airport? what to do? is it possible to go outside the airport and travel to jinjiang?

If you are flying Country A - Xiamen (72 hours) - Country B then you don't need to apply for a visa as you can use 72 hr free transit. But you are not allowed to go to Jinjiang. If you have to go there, you need to apply for a visa beforehand.
