About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

My travel schedule. Can i get a 144 hour visa?

Hi My flight info is as follows - JFK - PVG landing on 24 March. on 28 March, PVG - Bangkok. I fly back to PVG on 9 April and that same day fly to JFK.
