Plant Based Protein Powder

I have heard many different opinions about whether or not I can bring protein powder in my checked luggage into China. Do I need to declare it?

Actually, there is no specific limitation. But you don't bring too much. Besides, you are suggested to show the valid ingredient pages or other certificates at the custom. It will be ok for you to put them in the checked luggage. :)
