About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

23 Hour Layover

Hello!

I am stopping in Shanghai for a night on my way to Cambodia. I am a US passport holder. I am obtaining my Cambodian via upon arrival so I will not have that when I arrive. Will I qualify for the TWOV?
