does Chinese spring festival affect online transfer?

does this affect online transfer from China to the Uk i did online transfer from my account to my sister account in the uk since on the 21st till date he hasnt receive it would this be the holiday

As I know, the festival doesn't influence the online transfer accounts in general. You are advised to check the bank account and transfer record, contact the bank to figure out the problem as soon as possible.
