I am Honduran citizen

Me and wife and son have american visa.
Can i get my chinnse entry permit in New York chinnese consulate? To travel to china?

The Chinese embassy in Costa Rica is the one responsible for applications from Honduras, not the Chinese consulate in New York. You should apply for your visas there.
