About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Flying from LAX to MNL via TAO and XMN

I am a US Citizen and have booked a roundtrip flight from LAX to MNL, with 2 scheduled Layovers in TAO and XMN. Total layover time in China will not exceed 24 hours. Please see below for my complete flight schedule.

LAX-TAO (April 3)
01:30 - 05:10 (April 4)
*2h layover in Qingdao*
TAO-XMN (April 4)
07:10 - 09:30
*8h 20m layover in Xiamen*
XMN-MNL (April 4)
17:50 - 20:20

MNL-XMN (April 29)
21:20 - 23:40
*12h 30m layover in Xiamen*
XMN-TAO (April 30)
12:10 - 14:40
*7h 30m layover in Qingdao*
TAO-LAX (April 30)
22:10 - 19:00

Do I still need to apply for a transit Type G or am I eligible for the 24-hour Visa-Free Transit Policy?

Hi, you are eligible for the 24-hour Visa-Free Transit Policy in mainland China in both ways. Nice trip.
