I want to visit Taiwan at 23 March. What is the season and what kind of clothes i should bring? Is it possible for me to see cherry blossom?

It’s still in spring and you can take your shirts, thin jackets and jeans. Don’t worry about the cherry blossom, as I know, it’s still available in Ali Mountain.
