About:China Visa on Arrival

Chinese embassy closed for Chinese NY. Need a 6 day visa

Hi we are travelling to Shenzhen from Sydney. We arrive on the 24th and depart on the 1st March.
Normally we would get the entry permit from Lo Wu station but because we need a 6 day entry permit pass we went to the Chinese embassy in Sydney but it was closed for Chinese NEW YEAR. Now we dont know what to do. Can we get a 6 day one from Lo Wu station ? Thanks

You need to call the port visa office in Luohu to check if they are still open in the CNY holiday period.

Land borders do not offer visa-free transit of any kind and only the 5-day, Shenzhen-only VOA is available for a fee.

The duration of stay starts from the second day of entry so it should cover your trip.
