My friend asked me to buy milk for his baby how many cans of baby milk allowed when entering China?

Based on the regulation, one passenger can take less than 6 cans of milk powder without a declaration and each can should weigh no more than 800g. If you wanna bring more, you need to pay 15% tax for CNY 200 per kilogram (1000 grams).
