You can go to TST for shopping!
I guess you will set out from the airport? You can take the airport express to Hong Kong station and transfer to Tsuen Wan line to TST! It takes about 50mins and 110HKD for each.
Or you can take bus A21 to Cameron Rd, Nathan Rd directly. It takes about 1h and costs 33HKD for each.
