About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hello,Does the 2nd time in Shanghai qualify for a 144-hr transit visa SEA-PVG-HKG-PVG-SEA?

My plan would be 5 days in Shanghai, 3 days in Hong Kong then back to Shanghai for 3 days before departing to U.S. Thanks!
