VISA enter before date

Hello,

I just want to ask if my VISA is still valid if I will be arriving in Beijing on March 20,2018 - 12:05AM and my enter before date on my entry permit is also March 20,2018?

Enter before date is 10 years from the date of issue. Is this correct?
