Career and love life: I’m born March 1988 earth dragon

Good day , I would like to ask about my career ... .. is this year will be a bad year for dragon ? . I’m not good in social .. and keep being accuse from superior and I have swallow it ... it is very stress .. should I change job ? And as for my love life ... fall for a man but distance that make it xantvreally work should I move on ?
