I was planning to go to Guangzhou after the Spring Festival. What date would be more preferable?

When will the shops reopen after the festival?

Hi, David, you are advised to tour around Guangzhou in the end of Feburary or at the beginning of the March. The shops and restaurants will reopen at that time. :)
