About:Shanghai 15-day Visa-free Policy for Cruise Tour Groups

Is a visa required for one day in Shanghai

Hello I am Australian, we will be cruising on MSC visiting the city arriving at 7.00am and departing At 2100hr. Will we require a visa? That will be the only port other than overnight in Hong Kong.

No, it’s not required, since you can enjoy a 24h visa free transit.
