Hangzhou to Huangshan North then base of the mountain

Can you advise if time is efficient or give me better recommendations?
I plan to arrive at HS North railway station from Hangzhou (0949-1313), drop lugagge at one of the hotel in Tunxi. Catch a taxi from Tunxi to base of the mountain or where the cable car (which one would be better? How much would that cost? I'll be with 3 people. Stay at the top of mountain overnight
