Taxi from Chizhou to Jiuhuashan

Is there any taxi at Chizhou railway station? If yes, how does the taxi's cost from Chizhou railway station to JHS? (because the lastest bus depart from Chizhou to JHS is at 16.50, I am afraid i can.t be there in time)
