I went to China Embassy Visa US pages. It’s said that if you’re traveling to China and staying lesser than 24 hours. You have Free transit passes and may gets it from Immigration counter at the Airport. I will be taking Guangzhou flight to Wuhan but not getting off the plane . This fright will be aboard more people to San Francisco. Therefore, I have checked with China Embassy in USA they said it’s should be ok. For this trip.

As of last month Guangzhou no longer has any restrictions on multi-stop transit so you should be fine.

Thank you for your input but i’ve Contacted the China Embassy US
They told me that I don’t needs Visa
Due to the fact I’m traveling thru Airport and staying insides. I’m not going outside for anything.
Also I was told the Guangzhou have no restrictions since last month
