About:China Visa

Does APEC card allow me to travel freely?

I am from Thailand. I wonder if I can use APEC on the cruise ship that Depart from Shanghai to Japan then back to Shanghai. I have heard that APEC card is for business purpose only not for tourism.

Yes, the APEC card allows you to travel freely as long as it is valid.
