About:Famen Temple

I am a German who's visiting Singapore

and want to apply for a student visa at the Chinese embassy in Singapore. I have a university admission letter plus JW201 form. Will they issue me a visa? I was in Singapore for an emergency reason.

No, you may not be able to get it there if you don’t have Singapore residence permit.
