i want to do my babys pasport

i am in china and i want to do my little babys passport. I have been calling the embassy and no in Beiljin but they have not answere any of my calls. please can some one help me with info on how to go about it? My baby was born in china and without the pasport, she cannot exit. thanks for the help.

Usually, you need to prepare the baby’s birth certificate, parents’ passport, birth registration at the local police station, the application form, and passport-style photos, and other documents the consular officers consider necessary.
And then go to the embassy of Cameroon to submit the application.
