Patrick from Sydney: Would I be qualified for 144 hour free transit visa?

I stay in Sydney. For this trip, I'll fly to Shanghai from Bangkok, Thailand, and stay there for 3 nights before embarking a cruise from Shanghai to Sydney. As I'll fly in from Thailand and return home via many ports including Hong Kong and Singapore, would I be qualified for 144 hour free transit?
