total visa cost for australians on an l type

Hi, little bit confused about the total cost for this. Is it $109.50, or do you have to pay the $131.50( post) also, making it $241 in total. Thanks Andy

Usually, a single-entry tourist L type costs $109.5 per person. But if you apply by post, you need to pay $131.5 in total, which includes visa fee $60 and application service fee $71.5.
