I transit in Fuzhou airport from 2pm to 2300, i have 9 hours to spend, i like to go out of airport

I like to know
1. its a transit fight, can i arrange to go out of airport, how to arrange?
2. wat are the places u would suggest for me to go? its not too far, and allow me to come back in time to catch my flight at 2300

You can apply for a stay permit to go out of the airport. As for places, you can take shuttle bus Sanfang Qixiang Line to the downtown and wander around the lanes, visit Drum Tower.
