when will I see changes for the better or should I just leave my job?

Hi I'm a female born on 11/23/72 ,I have alot of stress anxiety at work due to the manager is rude,abuses her authority and has favorites.

Oh, Shelly, it is suggested to change a job. You will adapt the new work environment as soon as possible. Then you can make some breakthroughs and have good performances in the new company. Than will bring you chances to get a promotion or increased salary.
