About:Photography in China

I bought a drone to take and use when I go to the Wall of China.

I'm going to China on March 4th for 10 days.is this permissible? And would I do better to buy a drone while in China?

As I know, you can put it in your hand luggage without batteries. But you are suggested to consult the airline staff and confirm this problem again. :)

Yes that is good advise thank you. But my question is are people allowed to fly drones in the Great Wall area for taking photographs?

And correct me if I am wrong, but in transporting the drone battery in the airplane it must need to be recharge, in other words the battery needs to be dead?

Oh, sorry, I misunderstood. Well, in that case, taking photographs by drones is not allowed in popular scenic areas in China because of the crowded people.

Thank you for your reply. One more question, will I be allowed to enter China with a drone, or will it be taken from me at the airport?

You can put it in your hand luggage. You should notice that this is for your personal use so the custom would permit it.
