About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 hr TWOV

Trying to understand the 144 hr TWOV. We wish to fly from Guam to Manila (PI) to Beijing, stay 5 days, then fly Beijing to Manila to Guam. Will this work going through the PI? Thank you!

It clearly doesn't work, because Manila-Beijing-Manila isn't a transit. You need a visa in advance, or you need to change your route.
