About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

We flight China Southern from Nha Trang (vnm) to Guangzhou (Baiyun),

stop in Guangzhou for 15 hours and after this we fly from Guangzhou to Moscow BUT CZ make a technical stopover in Wuhan, does we need a visa or not?
