Of course your guides will help you choose good restaurants according to your preferences. The cost of a meal depends on the restaruant you choose and the dishes you order. Normally it costs around CNY100 for a person in an ordinary restaurant in Beijing and it may cost more than CNY150 per person in a decent restaurant.

Credit Cards are accepted at big restaurants in most of the major cities. It is the best that you take a certain amount of Chinese currency, which is more popularly accepted by restaurants.
