I have 5h20 layover in Chengdu flying from Singapore to Paris.

Arrive at 8.30pm departure time is 1.50 am. What can I do in the city? The quickest way to get there? And where can I go?

Well, according to your departure time, I'm afraid that you don't have enough time to tour around the city. Generally speaking, you need to go back to the airport at least 2 hours in advance. Thus the layover is too short to go to downtown area. You are advised to stay at the airport, eat some food and take rest to kill time.
