Hi, my partner (who is Canadian) and myself (British) are completing the application for a Z type for China for the next academic year of 2018/29. We are currently teaching in Kuwait and are residents. It is possible to obtain the Z type in the Chinese embassy in Kuwait or will we need to do this in our home countries?
