Is there a direct bus from Taipei to Alishan?

If yes, how much and how long is the travel time?
If none, what are some ways to get to Alishan from Taipei?

Yes, I happen to know a bus from Taipei West to Alishan at 21:45 every Friday and Saturday, and it takes about 6h, 620NTD.
Or you can take a bullet train to Chiayi, which takes about 1.5h and 221NTD; and then catch a regular bus to Alisha, which takes 2h 30 minutes and 234NTD.
