Is there bus from Harbin to China Snow Town in March 2018? If so, please let me know the details.

Yes, three buses are available at 5:30 from Nangang Bus Station, 9:00 and 11:20 from Haxi Bus Station (West Bus Station). Btw, it takes about 6h and CNY120.1

But I see that Nangang bus will provide to service this route during mid of December until the end of February only according to travel china guide information provided. So I am not sure whether they will service in March. In summary, does Nangang bus service this route in Daily? Please reconfirm me by return. Thanks in advance.0

Oh, I’m sorry I didn’t notice the time. As you said, the bus is not available in March. You may hire a private car to the place, which takes about 6h and CNY 600-800. Btw, many private cars are available in Central Avenue.1
