Yes, three buses are available at 5:30 from Nangang Bus Station, 9:00 and 11:20 from Haxi Bus Station (West Bus Station). Btw, it takes about 6h and CNY120.

But I see that Nangang bus will provide to service this route during mid of December until the end of February only according to travel china guide information provided.
