I'm looking for a relaxing beach location that has good restaurants/bar at night and some shopping.

You are suggested to live in Sanya Bay. I happen to know a No. 11 Bar in Sanyawan Rd. Many restaurants are also nearby, like Longxiang Seafood, Hongtaiyang Restaurant, and Wangdao Fish Soup. Besides, about 500 meters southeast are some shopping malls.
