About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

My wife has a home in China. I want a resident permit.

My wife and I live in the US. My wife also has a home in China that we live in 2-3 months a year. She is still a Chinese citizen with a US green card. We possibly might move to China permanently. I would like to change my “L” multiple entry type to something more permanent. What is the best course of action and Visa?

You can try to apply for a Q1 or Q2 type. The Q1 type can allow you to apply for a residence permit which will allow you to enter and exit China for multiple times within its validity.
