About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

rome -bali FLIGHT (2 stops)

on the way from rome to bali
im not gonna use the 24h direct transit on my ´first stop´ in WUHAN
its a 1.30 h. technical stop only ,
probably im not even leave the plane or just be required to step off .
can i still get the 24h direct transit for my second stop of 9.30 h in GUANGZHOU ?
no beijing visit needed

You cannot use the 24 hours direct transit. Transit including multiple stops within China is permitted at Guangzhou (CAN) only when the first transit point is Beijing (PEK). The total maximum transit time is 24 hours.

Dear Tom,

Could you please tell me if it worked? I have the same issue. One technical stop in Chengdu, then off to Guangzhou. Would be of great help.

That's not a "technical stop". It's a full stop where you'll be going through immigration and customs. There's no option to not leaving the plane since it will carry domestic Chinese passengers after you get off. Get a visa or they won't let you on board.
