Where can I buy a public transportation card in shenyang??

1.Where can I buy a public transportation card??
2. Are buses and the subway available??
3. How much is the deposit and how much can I charge it on a unit??

You can buy it at the any subway station and it can be used on buses and subways.
Btw, you can enjoy a discount of 10% on bus, and 5% on subway. The deposit is CNY20, and you should charge at least CNY30.
