About:Potala Palace

How many steps to climb at potala palace and how far can your car take you at the palace?

Any special arrangements for the aged at the palace for their visit?

It said to be over 1,000 steps. The car isn’t allowed to the palace, so you need to park it at the entrance.
As for special arrangements, sorry but I didn’t find the information.
