Looking for Police clearance attestation

I am Indian working in Korea. I have been offered a job at China university. To get my work permit, I need to submit my Police clearance certificate (PCC) issued by the Korean government. All I need to know is there any agency to get attestation from Korean Foreign Ministry Consular, and then to authenticate in Chinese consulate. Do they have any service to accept my application by post? Since I am staying in Daegu and have some traveling difficulties to visit the center, I would like to know their service if I could send PCC to them for this authentication from both foreign ministry and consulate.
