About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

from rome to bali flghts via beijing

dear sirs
flying from ROME with technical stop in WUHAN to BALI denpasar can i use the 24 hr. visa to visit BEIJING CITY during my 9 and 15 hr return stop in GUANGZHOU?

Tom, no, you cannot go to Beijing when you use the 24 hour direct transit in Wuhan.
When you return, you can use the 24 hour direct transit in Guangzhou, but you cannot go to Beijing either during the layover.
