About:Chinese Embassy in Zimbabwe

can a Zimbabwean staying in Russia apply for a visa without going to Zimbabwe?

Hello i am a Zimbabwean studying in Russia, i would like to visit China for summer holiday, is it possible to get a visa without having to go to Zimbabwe first because the flight would be much cheaper from Russia
