if there is a 1 year working visa available for a Zimbabwean citizen?

And also how much would it cost?

Usually, the work Z type is valid for 3 months with single entry. It costs USD60 per person.
After you enter China with a work Z type, you can apply for a residence permit which may allow you to stay in China for one year.
