house has few vastu defects

Question

Hello Sir,My self Ashish Jha from Chennai and planning to buy an individual house.After seeing your article in google, thought to get your advise, hope you would help me in this.i have identified a old house G+1 (east facing) and planning to buy the same.but it has steps in north east (facing east) for 1st floor, also it has back gate facing south and a well at South west side.please advise, if it is ok to buy the same that house as one of my freind has advised not to buy as it is not as per Vastu, it is possible to correct the defects with remedy.

Well, according to this situation, it will be ok for you to buy it. The possibility of bringing bad luck would be small. If you still wanna improve it, you can decorate the house with personal lucky things. :)
